This customer bought 2 of our product. We shipped to customer and they used our product for a full month. They next made a false claim of defective to receive a pre-paid return label (return fraud). We communicated with customer asking why they wish to return both orders. No response (scam technique #1). We received our two products back in destroyed condition. We took pictures of the product packaging as it was returned and then with it open to see how the product was packed. Customer jammed products into bag, crammed 2 full color inserts into bag, folded and damaged both posters. Customer then did NOT seal said bag and placed it inside another torn bag and taped all over it. In this manner our product was shipped across the country in an unsealed bag, exposing it to the elements along the way. When we received the badly damaged items we immediately contacted customer.

This customer blatantly lied to my face. We alerted this customer they committed fraud and we will hold them accountable. Customer continued to lie continually. Falsely claiming they have picture of the return and it was shipped in pristine condition. I am the one who received it, so i am flabbergasted the person would lie directly to me. (scam technique #2)

Next this scammer filed an Amazon A to Z claim thereby stealing our money, destroying our product and stealing our shipping services in both direction (Scam technique #3)

We will be contacting the police on this customer and felt it imperative to alert other sellers to avoid shipping to this person.

This person is a tell-tale scammer.

Avoid shipping to this person at all costs and prepare for battle, this scammer will fight hard to defend their fraud.
