Buyer purchases items then claims they are not working for a refund. Either that, or he uses some other form(s) of extortion. Do not do business with this guy, although his page claims he has 100% positive feedback, he doesn't. Read all his feedback carefully and you'll see what I mean, he has tried to cheat many different sellers. Ebay's idiotic policies allow scam buyers like this one to profit off of honest sellers.
