Didn't know how to work the item. Sent Paypal dispute without contacting me. I contacted him, asked him to return the item and refunded the money. Did not return the item then I tried to cancel the transaction within eBay and he refused. I send another message to him to please do it, his reply "this lie has been reported to eBay as it's a fraudulent act, it's not marked as unpaid, I will not receive unpaid item notices for an item that has been refunded, any more contact from yourself to me will be reported to eBay as harrasment". I have since blocked him from buying and warn others not to allow him to bid.
