Why don’t you yourself use the proper mechanism as in responding to his? I had just a overall bad experience with a seller, who wanted passport and my rental agreement after I already had paid, by bank directly, no way to do a chargeback. Then she owndoc derminator cancels, fine. Yet I gave it as a 3 star, which IMO was still high, after all the trouble, out of revenge she then posted my name and personal data here... which is still illegal, seriously then don’t sell, if you have to treat your customers so bad.
