The buyer claimed a new in box item was defective. I approved a return, but instead of sending the original item, the buyer mailed me a box full of trash that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was able to get the case closed in my favor after reporting the buyer for returns abuse. The buyer appealed and sent me a few harassing messages, but I was able to get the appeal overturned by contacting customer support and signing an affidavit.
