how does this ebayer still have 100% positive reviews? Also did you lose out on the game and/or money?

eBay awarded this scammer a full refund even after I provided pictures of the opened/different game he sent me back. I had to fight on the phone for 2 hours with eBay before the gave me what they called a "one time courtesy credit" from their own pocket. So scammer got money and game.
