Kevin Li bought a bearing puller ( an auto repair tool ). He kept it for several weeks, then claimed that someone else ordered it using his card. He returned it - and I had to pay for the return.
When it arrived, it was clearly used. It had been removed from the packaging and had grease and scratches on it.

He seems to think that Amazon is a rental company.
