Details:

Just started selling on ebay and came across a problem with paypal holding the money due to being a new account.
I knew nothing of this and contacted the four buyers to tell them I would not be able to post the items until my wages came in.
Three of the buyers were great and understanding, one especially helpfull but the user fourtyonethermal sent a message is this a joke.

Then I posted the items out and got three nice feedback from the other three and then got a message back from fourtyonethermal stating they had not recieved their item on the same day the other items began to turn up and was giving the feedback, which may just be a coincedence?

i contacted them and showed what the tracking was saying which was that it had been posted at the post office on the date and was being progressed through the system, which I was told by my post office ment best case would mean it was delayed or worst case would mean it had been handed over without getting signed for. But they also tell me it will not be considered lost for twenty daysm which I told the buyer.

I then get a claim from the buyer fourtyonethermal through ebay saying they did not have their item and I was not comunicating with them.

I just paid them the money back and just accepted the loss and thought that was it.

But this buyer fourtyonethermal was not sattisfied with that they also left me:

NEGATIVE: nothing recieved. no contact. had to make a paypal claim

Which as I said was total rubish aswell as being vindictive for no reason.

I suggest you add this person to your block bidder if you sell anything on ebay, as worst case they are not satisfied with getting free items from a friendly postman but can also be vindictive and attack you for no reason.
best case they are just vindictive bad people that you really do not want to deal with, as even if you do right by them they will still attack you.

I have put in a request to ebay that this feedback be removed as it breaks ebay rules of mentioning a claim so hopefully there vindictiveness is stopped

Just looking at this buyers feedback left for others and this seems to be a very common occurance. So either they are so unlucky that I doubt they would continue to buy online or they are up to something dishonest and stealing from sellers by using the ebay buyer protection
