Placed an order for an Enesco Grinch Ornament. Canceled order to change the address. Replaced order. Once delivered, claimed I sent the incorrect item. Returned a Hallmark Grinch Ornament (one that I have never carried in my store). I tell her she sent back an item that I did not send her and tell her to send me the correct one for a refund and if she wanted the other one back, a shipping label to return it to her. She leaves negative feedback for BOTH orders, even the one she canceled. Also, it appears she works for an attorneys office... funny thing that is.
