she is fraudulent, buys, and complains that she didn't get item that was ordered, when al items were custom order, and vary in colors, and materials, she got a refund, without offering to return item, etsy does nothing to protect sellers from this malicious buying behavior she is a troublesome buyer, sellers avoid her at all costs, i will not sell to her again nasty
