Thats because this bitch tries to get the ins and outs of PayPal's BS policies. She's banking on the fact that you dont have any saved tracking information. She waits until the last possible minute before she cant file any types of chargebacks after the 6 month deadline. She then keeps the item for 6 months, claims she never authorized it, and banks on the fact, that you dont have tracking to prove it was sent to a confirmed address, you got rid of the order, and wants to steal the item from you. Just go ahead and file mail order fraud charges against the bitch.
