Customer ordered two items in separate transactions, items were shipped separately. Customer notified us that one item did not arrive, both tracking numbers showed delivered one day apart. Asked customer to check with neighbors to see if package was mis-delivered. Customer became VERY verbally abusive with several profanities even though we were very professional with him. We have had to report him to ebay and we also filed with the US Postal Inspector as potential mail fraud.
