This is a very unreasonable buyer ! Do not sell him anything ! He tried to take advantage of ebay's negative feedback to blackmail seller a free item + fully refund. Everyone must be careful this bad buyer ! This is a new business I'm running, and I'm afraid the negative feedback would hurt me really bad. I called ebay, but an Indian woman who could barely speak English kept telling me it's not their job. eBay doesn't understand the Feedback Extortion and Feedback Manipulation policies.
