If you read this ladies "feedback left for others" she does complain a awful lot LOOK. She might leave some positive but she will complain about the item. Then when that buyer responds to the positive complaint feedback. She will say "I left you positive feedback why complain" I guess she does not understand that by complaining she might turn other buyers away. So there's your anwser of why a seller would argue when you complain ie. "Picky" feedback. It always pays to read the ENTIRE listing and use the zoom feature to determine details about the item. Because dam I lost count of the positive but picky/complaining feedbacks this person leaves. And that does not count the negative & neautral she leaves alot of LOOK. Maybe she should stick to retail stores where she can try on the item's and make sure they are to her high exact "perfect" liking. Word of mouth is everything and when you complain positive FB or not it still looks bad for the seller period.

I'm sorry you are having to go through this, Mrs. Tatum. Yes, this seller sounds absolutely insane. She's obviously some weird stalker and is trying to hurt you and your family. I would at least make a police report and print off this page as proof of what this seller is doing to you and your family. It is stalking, endangering children, and slander. If you need legal representation, I would be happy to help you. I will look for your reply. Please, get a police report against the person that posted this psychotic complaint. You have a VERY strong case and I would be happy to prosecute for you.

Despite what you saw on CSI or the news, posting someone's address and phone number isn't in itself illegal. I don't care what your uncle the cop said, or what your brother in law who once drove past a law school thinks. So many people think this is against the law, and it isn't. Nobody cares about you or your kids - you're a coward for even mentioning them, as if that somehow makes the "crime" worse because your precious children were somehow involved. Every page of your feedback left for others somehow involves at least one swipe at the product or the seller.
