Buyer bought new sealed CD said it was scratched and skips. He wanted a refund, I offered him return. He then left me negative feedback. I know it is possible for new item to be defective, but looking at his feedback left for other sellers, he has used defective product 9 out of 10 times. Also saw same buyer reported here in 2010 with different ebay id and comments of him still doing it under other Ebay ids. Same name and address.
