Customer placed an order with us, did not read any of the emails, sent several hostile emails, threatened bank disputes so we cancelled her order at her request in which she proceeded to go to the BBB and write a FALSE complaint that we cancelled her order willingly. DO NOT accept any orders from this BITCH. She is RUDE and doesn't deserve to treat your customer service with lack of RESPECT.
