| Details: | This buyer has to date (as of 03/25/19) attempted three fraudulent purchases from me. As pertains to this, their first attempted purchase from me on 02/17/19, their telephone number is a different telephone area code (in Florida) than both their shipping address (Missoula, Montana) and billing address (Arlington, Virginia). Also, their hotmail email address of juanlinda222@hotmail.com was initially undeliverable. Lastly, there is some weird scripting/characters contained as part of their order details. They purported to be paying via personal check, and of course this buyer never remitted payment, and never responded to any email communication attempts from me, even the ones that didn't bounce back as undeliverable. After this very suspicious first transaction, yet another 2nd buying attempt came through from this same fraudster on 03/07/19. This time I did research online using different variations of their name and email address and discovered a ton of other reports about this same buyer on BadBuyersList.org as well as elsewhere online. This confirmed what I had already suspected, that I was dealing with a scammer who has targeted my website for repeat crooked purchasing. This time they used the same Missoula, Montana address for both their shipping and billing addresses, a different email address of juanlinda111@hotmail.com, and a telephone area code for the state of Georgia. Again their order details contained weird scripting characters, and again they purported to be paying by personal check, and again they never responded to any email attempts after the initial undeliverable one. Now again today, 03/25/19, they have made a 3rd attempted purchase. This time their addresses once again differs. For shipping it's Scottsdale, Arizona and for billing it's Tucson, Arizona. Their telephone area code is once again for the state of Georgia, they have used yet another different email address of juanlinda333@hotmail.com, and their order details still contain weird scripting characters, and this time they purported to be paying by postal money order. This time I have not attempted any email communications with them now that I'm sure they are scammers, other than the automated email that my web hosting company always sends out in conjunction with purchase orders, which per usual resulted in being undeliverable. |

Weird characters in the name and address in Montana. Phone number is from Miami.
Email address was deliverable and chose the purchase order option for our local customers, so no payment was provided.
Email for this order was juanlinda111@hotmail.com and phone in Miami is listed as KSA Retail 305-569-9963.
Address was for the 444 Rollins St in MT

If I were you, I would take the "address unknown" message as a blessing and NOT ship any product to this scammer. They likely are using a stolen credit card, which is why the address is not matching up.

I occasionally get this same "buyer", Linda Juan, 444 Rollins St, Missoula, MT 59801. Email address: juanlinda111@hotmail.com. Again, weird html script in some of the fields. It does pull up some javascript. I think they are trying to get this to run in the backend server. It could be a virus. But fortunately, nothing on our end ever tries to "execute" the name or address fields.
This is weird for me, because I grew up in Missoula, and 444 Rollins is a real address not far from where I lived.
Definitely a bad buyer. I am banning the IP addresses: 52:33:238:199, 144:202:124:25 and 185:199:225:66

Just had this person attempt an order on my site for some labels.
As with everyone else weird scripting characters in the name and address. Tried adding UK postcode to US address with flagged my security and luckily my payment provider blocked the payment as fraudulent.
Email address is the 111 hotmail one as shown above.

Linda Juan hit my website too. On 7-10-2022 placed plan order for $202.98, chose COD. Fed ex immediately sent the package back to me as undeliverable. Fed ex there said they get tons of packages for Linda Juan. The packages are never picked up. Weird script in address line.
