Could not use a USB Stick. It is a secure encrypted model so more complicated to use but sent it back without authorisation and sure-enough once tested it worked fine, but they would not accept that they were wrong and complained to EBAY. With no fault found we would return the item to the customer, but they manipulated the system to gain a full refund, and we are now left with a second hand, ruined item.
