Sold him a brand new, sealed atari 7800 for 200 dollars. He recieved the item, waited 5 hours to contact me, then said the atari was broken, unusable, and damaged by the cold. Proceeded to lie in subsequent emails about how he had not taken it out of the packaging, despite giving pictures of a machine that was out of the package. He got his refund and kept the machine, because ebay sided with this scam buyer. This is one of the most common scams on ebay.
