Details: | This buyer used "Buy It Now" to purchase a new Guess purse I had just listed. I sent an invoice immediately, after two days I sent a friendly reminder, after another two days I sent a stern e-mail requesting immediate payment. This buyer replied to the last e-mail stating that he no longer "needed" the item. He essentially cost me time and prolonged the time it took for me to collect money for this item. |

So what are you complaining about. Your the one that didnt put an immediately payment required function. You put yourself through all that trouble and aggrivation of not putting an immediate payment required on the item. Your time, HA! thats part of doing business. If your not paid for an item mark it as not paid, file a non pay on the buyer and move on. You spend too much time and effort trying to chase a person for over 3 days, you should of just relisted the item until you got paid or waited for someone else to buy the item - it was your fault that you didnt put an immediate payment required on the item.
