Details: | Bought my used cell phone sold clearly AS IS and NON-REFUNDABLE. I gave him an extra high end screen protector and new protective case just to be nice. After a few days, he wanted a refund for simply "Doesn't work right". I tested the phone and used it on a daily basis before selling it. Probably didn't read anything in my descriptions or the refund policy. |

This buyer wanted a refund because he had bad reception. This is a low end phone on a crap pre paid service provider (LG Venice on Boost Mobile). I don't know what he expected for a $35 smart phone. How is a seller responsible for bad reception? Phone worked fine in my area.
eBay sided with buyer even though auction was clearly labled "as is with no refunds".
