In this case, he calls Capital One and says he cancelled the order the same day he purchased the item. He's a total bullshit artist for the fact, will continue his long list of lies, saying your website never had a cancellation policy, you didnt answer his emails, he will make up fake delivery dates, will make claims of not as described, blaming the item wasnt there as described when its only been 3 days after the sale.
