Tyler Lemieux purchased an expensive watch. Exactly 2 minutes after Canada Post delivered the package this crook emailed claiming they did not receive the item. I asked buyer how does he know he has not received it since it was due for delivery 3 days later than when it arrived. Buyer claimed he knows the rules and if he claims if he did not receive the item then he is guaranteed a refund. I caution all sellers in shipping orders to this scumbag.
