Same person as "vincent03lee_5" in another report. Using the alias "Alex Carlman" on eBay, but his name on PayPal still shows up as "Darrell Lee Vincent II" as with the other order. After I cancelled his other suspicious order, and politely explained why, he tried to order the same item again on this other account--and the shipping address was to someone else entirely, not even the same person as in the first order. So he is definitely trying to dropship from other sellers to his own buyers.
