Buyer purchased a Kate Spade Cell Phone case and immediately complained to Amazon that the case they received was inauthentic. We purchased the case two days prior directly at Kate Spade, and had a receipt and everything. Not sure what prompt them but also left a negative review: "The item delivered seems to be a knock off of the original product. Does not look the same and is plastic vs leather"
