This person ordered a book from me, tracking showed it delivered. They contacted me saying they didn't get it so I refunded their money. They messaged me on Amazon again 6 months later and I had forgotten about this sale and they asked for their money back again. I didn't think about it and refunded it again - I'm surprised Amazon allowed me to make this error but they did. Over the next year this person emailed me angry emails asking for their money back. They even referenced orders that weren't mine. I contacted many people at Amazon to tell them about this fraudster. No one helped me and the emails were coming in once a week demanding money. Finally someone at Amazon blocked the customer from contacting me. Don't sell this person anything - they're a nasty crook.
