Details: | Buyer purchased a motherboard. Unfortunately, it was defective. Buyer chose to go straight to negative feedback before contacting us for a refund. When we refunded her money in full (and did not ask for the defective board to be returned), she refused to revise the feedback, claiming people needed to be "warned." I agree. People do need to be warned. They need to be warned about buyers who do this. I'm not claiming the motherboard was good. I'm not arguing that she was entitled to a refund. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do, and she still negs me. My advice is to cancel her orders - she's just not worth the hassle. Please note that I didn't choose to publish her name, home address, or any other details. I'm not about trying to harass anyone. |
