This buyer owns a company in Michigan called the good sleep pillow. He purchases merchandise from competitors and then files disputes on Amazon and eBay to get his money back. He WILL NOT RETURN THE ITEM!!! But he will do a charge back and then leave negative feedback. Once I found out who he was and what company he owned I filed a complaint with BBB and Attorney General in Michigan. Buyer threatened a lawsuit and even had his "attorney" send me a letter. I responded to him by begging him to file a lawsuit due to the paper trail of his actions. Buyer never contacted me again. Beware!
