This buyer bought on Jan 2015. Item arrived. She said the custom made product sizing is wrong. We explained that it is custom made. Most common problem is people mismeasure. Case closed. April 2015 bought another item from us. We canceled case because of bad experience with this buyer. We asked why she is buying from us again if our quality is so bad. She cannot take no for answer. She threatened us she will open case for 1 item she bought and get her refund back, if we don't take her order for 2nd item. We refused. She opened case for 1st item to get refund, ebay sided with her after 4 months she bought the item. She threatened us to take her order again.
