If he was the one that signed for it, make sure the address is confirmed and include that in the rebuttle. ALso it helps to have the credit cards billable address on the shipment confirmation. The asshole just tried to steal something from you but your lucky that you had that information. The asshole can say whatever he wants, the bank knows the card was charged, the address matched and the item delivered. Stay away form Chase and Wells Fargo, if the asshole disputes it again it will force it into prearb and Chase and Wells Fargo will do anything to steal the money from you. Since its the buyer's bank that makes the decision.
