Buyer purchased a used PS2 TEST system....upon receipt filed a INAD complaint with Ebay because it was not "new" even though it was listed as used and was the exact item that was photographed and sent. Ebay sided with the buyer and extorted a refund from me. Buyer became belligerent and stated that he did not have to accept the used system he purchased....Because he filed an INAD , Ebay is going to charge ME to ship the item back to me....on top of forcing the refund.
