Sold a laptop and it was delivered. Contacts us a week later saying the wireless doesn't work and she contacted her internet service provider couldn't fix it either. We suggested that we can walk her through the process and get her connected and her excuse is she has a kid and she doesn't want to deal with. Okay.... So we have her send back the laptop and it works perfectly without issues and she return the laptop damaged, but we still refunded her money the day laptop was returned. 3 Days later she say she didn't get the money and we told her to contact PayPal and she didn't. Another 3 days goes by she just leave a negative feedback without saying anything. Called eBay they are saying it is refunded and PayPal says the same thing. So either she is lying and just trying to ruin people reputation or she is just that dumb that she can't even check her balance.
