No once the package has bee delivered and remains in the buyer's possesion, you are not legally required to do anything. You have terms and conditions which should outline both your return policies and the time frame of buyers returning the item. Dont allow buyers to control you or give you any type of bullshit. As long as the bitch still has the product, you arent entitled to do anything! The more she has it the more proof is established that its a clear case of fraud. The moron can mail it while was supposidely on vacation, its just another stall tactic. Make sure your polices are clearly stated, you can legally throw it in her face and she cant play stupid.
