Buyer claims 2 turbos fell out of a box with a small tear. He had 3 boxes delivered , insured and signature required. He says he wanted to keep a portion of the turbo kit and requested return label. He then opened a dispute on Ebay and we provided return labels so that he could return "what he had" He some how got a full refund.
Terrible scammer.
