Buyer purchase an Apple MacBook air laptop and start return with the reason "changed my mind". He made a false (scam) return which returns an envelop bag with some papers to an address which is not our return address, but has the same zip as ours. So the eBays return progress shows it delivered as normal, actually "NOT". Since it is not delivered to our address, so he use this method to cheat the eBay return procedure and get the refund back. We asked USPS to investigate this return and got all the evidence to prove that it is a scam.
