Details: | Buyer paid for watches with a PayPal account & Credit Card. Soon after it was delivered, buyer opened a credit card dispute with her payment institution, claiming that this wasn't authorized transaction. PayPal held my money until I've proved that this was authorized transaction, submitted a copy of a shipping label and a tracking information. After I won a case with PayPal stepping in, diane combe opened a return ticket with eBay, stating, that it wasn't as described and came with a liquid damage. Took me another week to ask eBay to step in and settle this fraudulent requests. BEWARE, just cancel the order if you get in business with that person. Will save you a lot of trouble! |

Had exactly the same situation with that person! Diane combe purchased MacBook Air from my store and the same days it has been delivered to her address, which is matching with OP information – DIANE COMBE 320 gait ct kissimmee FL 34743, opened a return request, stating that the empty box was sent to her instead. It took approx. 2 weeks to resolve the claim and I had to spent enormous amount of time on the phone with eBay and requesting to escalate my case to the supervisor. NOT WORTH IT!
