A cunning and experienced cheater! Email us complaining that there is a problem with the item. However she also claim that she like the item and do not want a refund. She just need some "advice" from us to fix the problem, otherwise she will leave us "unsatisifed comment". We replied that we can offer refund. Also we gave her our advice how to solve the problem. But she ignored our advice and got angry emphasizing that she do not want a refund. She just want an "advice". At last we asked her what "advice" she would like to have from us, she just jump to leave negative feedback. Obviously she know ebay policy well. She want to keep the item and at the same time want the money or a replacement and she did not tell it clearly!
