Kieran Bagstaff of Hatfield ordered our product late at night on Easter Saturday and could/would not comprehend that the first opportunity for us to post his order was the following Tuesday (the day after the bank holiday) arguing we had posted it late and stating the product was ordered "way before" we posted it. In our extensive experience, it appears Kieran Bagstaff had decided at this point he would press for a refund as he said he wanted to buy elsewhere. (We refused to refund for 4 days to allow for postal delays) If you ever get to read this Kieran, good work - you have your £2.99 refund... along with a permanent internet record of how you conduct your online business.
