The equipment remains in the packaging in which it was received ready for collection. We suspect that this individual has installed the equipment as its fully compatible with Golf 7 as top of the range Discovery Pro system and still lodged the claim with his credit card company. I am sure the seller is aware that direct communication with myself and the support of a reputable worldwide courier company will easily resolve this matter. I have already provided details of where the equipment can be collected and it is already packaged ready to be returned. To clarify again, the goods are packaged and ready to be returned, any one of a good reputable worldwide couriers can easily be instructed to collect at either address (notification of which address will be needed to ensure collection can be made) provided to the seller in emails dated 28th March and 29th July 2014.

The seller has finally made contact and paid for a courier to collect the equipment, a full refund will then follow. I now consider this matter resolved and that all defamatory comments are rescinded.
