Old story - came on claiming goods never arrived, emailed copy certificate of Royal Mail posting and suggested reporting theft to local Post Office. Paypal disputed started by someone called Jo Rogers (not the declared buyer) , who seems very familiar with the dispute process to get the money back.

Have had to report 'loss' to Royal Mail investigations dept, which means some decent little guy will get the finger of suspicion pointed at him.

For some reason buyer is not disputing case via ebay system ????

Not a particular high value item, but take warning, if you do not want to be given your goods away - at a loss.
