This buyer will wait till last minute and snipe bid on expensive items. Then he will say item not received, he will threaten you with neg feedback.
I sent item registered mail and he told me to cancel the sale as he would not be able to say item not received.
He will also bid on other items using different names and then not pay just to screw with you.
