Buyer will leave negative feedback and lie about reason. Item was shipped and delivered well within the handling/shipping timeframe. He left a negative, the day the item was delivered stating that the item was never delivered stating "I haven't received the item and it is marked down as delivered".

UPS and the buyer later confirmed that it was in fact delivered.

Would stay away from the buyer and add him to your restricted/blocked buyers on ebay.
