| Details: | The same guy is still purchasing chips on ebay as I sold one to him a week ago and he just put in for a return. I accepted the return even though I know the chip works perfectly, What's weird is the buyer requested that I give him good feedback after he received the chip and I and he said he would do the same, but he didn't he asked for a return instead after I game him good feedback. He is the same person avantadil aka davit vakhtangishvili. He scammed me too. Did you complain to ebay, paypal and police?. What did he send you? What was the outcome with ebay?

Yes I did and they took care of it after some back and forth, He said he wanted his money back and the chip didn't work, so he wanted to keep the chip too. and I said no and sent return shipping to him and about a week later ebay refunded my shipping $$ and told me to forget about him. oh almost forgot when he won the auction he sent me a message asking me to leave him good feedback and then he would do the same. I did and and he left feedback saying I sold bad chips and that I was not to be trusted.
