He had declared the wrong country in his shipping address registered with PayPal, and he checked out via PayPal, so he had sent us the wrong shipping address by his own mistake. We shipped the item at the shipping address he had declared in the order, and of course the shipment was lost. Then he opened a non-receipt case in PayPal requesting a refund. A totally idiot buyer; dozens of messages were exchanged till he understood his own mistake. You'd better block this buyer from future business permanently; otherwise be prepared to pay for his stupidity by wasting your precious time for an order of a couple of EUR.
