Details: | Committed return fraud on eBay and got away with it. Purchased a valuable (nearly $100) vinyl record from me, then filed a bogus "Item Not as Described" claim against me, and then returned a different (worthless) vinyl record. eBay, of course, found in favor of the buyer. |

Did you film the opening of the parcel on video camera? You can sue the buyer/ebay for this fraud and win if you have video evidence. About HALF of American (USA) consumers online now have the "entitlement mentality" and also are dishonest in so many ways (premeditated chargebacks, item not received claims on the next day the goods are dispatched, unreasonable demands, immature behavior, etc., massive registered mail theft, speed courier package theft, corruption of all kinds at the United States Postal Service (USPS), all the ails of a backward, undeveloped country) it's terrible for an online merchant! Sometimes I think it's easier to block ALL of the United States buyers than to deal with half of them and ruin your health in the process!
