Details: | The buyer purchased a laptop bag from me in brand new condition. The item was not used or handled while in my possession and I purchased it from the manufacturer. The buyer is claiming to Amazon that "it was not as described". It was in perfect condition. The handle broke while he was using the item and now he is demanding a full refund for an item that he broke after I offered a solution for an exchange with the manufacturer for a new one. The item can't be resold in its returned condition. He wants a full refund including shipping. |
