First off something doesnt sound right. There's no reason why eBay would shut a case for non receipt if you have tracking that proves the item was shipped to a confirmed address. Unless you shipped the product to an unconfirmed address, that is the only way you'd loose the case. If thats the case, that's your own fault, you know the policies, and no one else should pay for your own mistakes.

It WAS confirmed. Yes, I know the policies but that obviously didn't help and I still lost money AND my product. You don't think I questioned it? Thanks for a useless reply.

Called them up and speak to a customer service agent. If they see you uploaded tracking to buyer area they more likely will reverse decision.
