Details: | Purchases item, pretends to be happy with purchase in order to receive good feedback from seller, then, after a few days, requests refunds usually claiming seller lied about quality. Complains items are "cheap" & "junk", will throw it in trash, can't return it because he's handicapped and can't pay for Uber or a cab. Does not want to return merchandise even if all will shipping will be re-imbursed. Wants to keep item and also get refund, but claims he will throw item in the trash. SELLERS BEWARE! He will leave you bad feedback and is always able to get any bad comments on him removed. Opens a case with Ebay and receives refunds in order to accrue his free merchandise. Writes ranting complaints to Ebay in his return request about "the hell he's put through" and "he can't trust any sellers on this site anymore". BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! SERIAL SCAM ARTIST! May have also purchase on Amazon as Kenneth. Same excuse after lying he got the wrong color lipstick, that can't get to Post Office to return. Same story of being handicapped and cab fare costs too much, doesn't have a printer to print paid return postage, etc. etc. Many excuses used to keep items and get refunds. |

New update on this bad buyer. He now has an obviously fake, plucked off the internet, photo of a handsome model on his Ebay page, claiming that's him. No longer shows the type of model cars he usually robs sellers of. Now tell me if that looks like someone who lives at a nursing home, is handicapped, can't pay for a cab, etc. This is one creepy fraud buyer who will go to all sorts of lengths to continue scamming and hiding his true identity. BEWARE! Lots of more bad feedback left for others, forcing refunds and, yet, he still has sterling good feedback for himself.

Found out about this guy a few years ago, after he threatened my friend on another site. He was a phony then, too. Pretends to be a hotshot millionaire business consultant, posting stock pics of cars he claims to own.

New update. He's no longer a registered user on Ebay. Somehow he magically changed all his negative, lying feedback for others to super friendly good feedback. Don't know how he was able to pull that, or Ebay forced it. Looks like karma was in play here! Just beware, sellers, as he may still be out there using the same scam tactics under a different account & name!

This is all BS! Ebay is a fraud-filled platform. Yes, whenever anything was misrepresented or I never received the item. Plus, most US sellers are actually China-based sellers and they are never honest. I was one of few that called out these sellers and eBay for the afraid they allow on their platform. Don't trust sellers and get everything in writing if you will ever want your money back!

Funny. The community of honest sellers that have worked together and shared info about this crook are all American and honest sellers. Not surprised at this retort. Most serial scammers desperately scramble to save face and their scamming livelihood when they discover they've been uncloaked. I make plenty of purchases on Ebay and have not encountered one incident of fraud. Nor have I defrauded anyone. Odd that this scam artist should have so much bad luck with sellers and then would continue to purchase on Ebay.
