Details: | Ordered a couple items in January 2023. We shipped them 4 days after order receipt. This is an international order going from USA to Canada, right after New Years. It took a month for transit and delivery, but that is what the customer paid for. Priority Mail International. The order gets processed through Customs Feb 7th, delivered by Canada Post Feb 8th. ON Feb 9th, Customer files a chargeback saying she never received the order. Coincidence? I think not. I think, buyer regret. I think she doesn't want to pay to return the merch, or the restocking fee. Much easier to just do a chargeback and keep the merchandise and get a free refund. We are fighting her through the chargeback process. It's going to Arbitration now. We shall see. |
