Based on our records the serial number on the board you returned does not match what we shipped. We also pulled up the DVR online with the serial number that matches what we sold you. You have abused the ebay return system. We ask that you return the right motherboard back to us. We have attached a snapshot showing a picture of the DVR you have stolen which shows that the DVR is online and running. This is your last chance to return the motherboard or we will be disabling the DVR. If you do not return it, we will also contact your local police department and submit a report.
